2KO International presents a quality Part-Time Cisco course in Green Point, Cape Town. This is a 10 day course and runs from 17h00 - 20h00 Monday to Fridays. We specialise in certification training, and have been offering Cisco training since 2003. All Cisco trainers are Certified Trainers and have years of hands on experience, both in the classroom and in the field. Cisco CCNA Exam Objectives

The 640-802 Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is the composite exam associated with the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification. This exam tests a candidate's knowledge and skills required to install, operate, and troubleshoot a small to medium size enterprise branch network. Course topics include

  • connecting to a WAN implementing network security network types network media routing and switching fundamentals the TCP/IP and OSI models IP addressing WAN technologies operating and configuring IOS devices extending switched networks with VLANs determining IP routes managing IP traffic with access lists

    establishing point-to-point connections

The course is 10 days, Monday to Friday from 17h00 - 20h00. If you plan to tackle the international exam, we recommend that you allow yourself at least 2 to 3 weeks after the course to study.

Does the price include the official exam?
No, the exam is not included, and usually costs around R1400  ($200-250)

Why is this course only 10 days?
The course is five days and is intended as a fast track course for students who cannot afford a long time away from the office. It is quite feasible however to attend the course and then pass the exam, after good study and preparation.

What course can I take after this one?
We recommend you take the Cisco CCDA or the CCNP.
