    Module I Professional Selling Skills

    This module will help the participants improve their interactions with the customers by teaching them the important stages in selling, providing new techniques and develop their performance in sales.

     

    Module II Professional Sales Questioning

    This module will teach the participants to ask the right questions in a way that they would figure out what the customer needs and arrive into a mutually beneficial result. The clearer they make probing questions, the more likely they would hit the nail on the head and close a sale.

     

    Module III Negotiating for Results

    This module will emphasize to the participants that mastering the art of negotiation will provide them with ease to negotiate in whatever given situation. As negotiation is an important factor in life, learning what it takes to be efficient on it will turn any confrontation into a bilateral problem solving.
